MEET

TERRY SWANSON

 Century 21 Results' Owner and Chief Strategy Officer

Terry Swanson spent 1992-1998 working as an onsite sales agent for Centex Homes. He became the top agent for the Atlanta division for his final 3 years. In 1998, he founded Results Realty Services, now known as Century 21 Results. It quickly became  a top producer for Atlanta's residential sales. 

Among his accomplishments in management and residential sales include:

  • Top 100 Agents in Atlanta (2000)

  • 2014 Realtor of the Year for the 400 North Board of Realtors 

  • Office has produced 9 Individual Rookies of the Year; 5 for the 400 North Board of Realtors and 1 for NAMAR

  • Ranked among the Top 10 offices in North Atlanta since 2009

  • Recognized in the Top 100 Influencers in Real Estate in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for 2013, 2014, and 2015
